The marbled paper in these earrings was once the endpaper of an antique book made at some point in the 1800s. The pattern is called 'nonpareil', a traditional marbling pattern used to create decorative endpapers.
Up close you can see the beautiful grain of the paper, with the colours magnified by the glass top.
It's set into minimal round silver plated settings, to set off the paper to its best. The earrings have a drop of 3cm, and they are suitable for pierced ears.
Care for your earrings by keeping them away from water and other liquids, and clean them with a soft cloth and a touch of silver polish.
Each set is packed in a small earrings box, then wrapped in a book page envelope
