What shipping methods do we use?
- UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class postage
- International Orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked
What are your estimated delivery times?
- United Kingdom: 1-2 business days
North America: 7-12 working days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 9-15 working days
Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose. The shipping times shown are estimated shipping times and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
What is your processing time for custom orders?
- Custom orders have a processing time of 3-5 days excluding weekends, not including delivery times.
All other items are shipped as quickly as we can, usually within 1-2 working days of recieving your order.
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them, as Christmas volumes, or bad weather impacts could cause unexpected delays.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes, general sales tax etc, that may apply. Gloria Monday is not responsible for delays due to customs. US customS tariffs of 10% per item are prepaid by us and are rolled into the price of shipping.
