I find illustrations in spotter's guides and nature identification guides, and make them into thoughtful and special cufflinks and jewellery. To make these cuff links I carefully salvedge vintage drawings and illustrations and seal them under glass, and then set them in plain but striking circular cufflinks settings.

They make a unique and special gift for a ecologist or zoologist! They are  real talking point and add a touch of personality to a formal outfit.

This set featuresa great-tit and a blue-tit, some of our favourite garden birds. The colours are soft blue, yellow, white and black

I use a special refractive glue to seal the paper under a glass cabochon, which preserves all the details of the book image.

The cufflinks are circular, bronze plated plated and are 16mm in diameter. Each set is presented in a black card cufflinks box that is produced from sustainably forested trees. I shipeach set in a handmade book page envelope, for an extra special touch.
