Looking for the perfect book lover gift? I handmake each set of these To Kill a Mockingbird cufflinks using page fragments from real books (only damaged and pulp non-valuable paperbacks though!). Harper Lee's classic of American society is a timeless study of the struggle both for its civil rights themes and also the challenges of seeing a dangerous adult world through the eyes of a child.

I centre the names of Atticus and Scout in the cufflinks, as this father & daughter relationship defines the novel.

Each set comprises bronze plated bezels set with a glass face of 16mm in diameter. They are 20mm in height.

I seal the paper under the glass using a clear refractive glue, so it is securely sealed in place. 

The closure is a french closure. I ship each set in a small card cufflinks box that is fully recyclable. I also wrap each box in a book page envelope for an extra special touch.
